Background

Originally born to a rich family, Victoria Vimoux was unsatisfied with the rich and pampered life, believing herself wasting her life when she could spend it helping the less fortunate. At 18 years old, she manifested her superpower. The moment that happened, she took her wealth and ran from home, settling down into a decent apartment far away, though nowhere near the mansion she once lived in. She adopted the nickname Vicky, and became the superhero "Vulpine". However, being a hero wasn't as good as she hoped. Yes, she did help people constantly, and generally brought improvment to those who needed it. But being a Hero meant being under government control, and that government has forced her to do some decidedly unheroic things bordering on atrocities, and because of that, she is secretly consumed by doubt and guilt. She is heavily debating becoming a vigilante or Supervillain (supervillain as in uncontrolled by the government and going against it, not necessarily evil.)
