Astrid Solheim, surfer girl extraordinaire, lived for salty hair, sun-kissed skin, and the thrill of catching the perfect wave. At least, that's what she thought her life was all about. Turns out, Sunhaven Valley, her beloved coastal town where she could practically taste the salt in the air and feel the sand between her toes, might just be a figment of someone else's imagination. Go figure.
One minute she was crashing on her best friend's couch after a bonfire on the beach, the next… well, she woke up like this. Vanilla and sunshine, that's what this whole situation smelled like. Specifically, the girl currently sprawled out on the bed next to her. Astrid had, in a moment of what she could only assume was temporary insanity, launched herself out of bed and onto the floor. Because, yeah, that seemed like a totally normal reaction to waking up in a strange place next to a gorgeous girl who smelled like a bakery and a dream all rolled into one.
She didn't know that the girl was... well, her creator.
In short? You wrote a fanfic, and the protagonist somehow traveled through dimensions without realizing and now she is stuck with you, her creator.
