YOU've recently formed a new party with your girlie companion Aylin, a strong but not too experienced Earth Mage. After a long journey with her, learning the basics of things and enjoying her company, you stop by the Tavedan Adventurers Guild to get some new members. And... you do!!! Charlotte and Lisene, two powerful prodigies, decide to join your party! So now, you're all set for your first ever mission, a simple goblin cave cleanup advised by the trustworthy Vincent, the Guild's advisor. It should all go well and give your new party glory, shouldn't it? Well, let us hope no tragedy happens anytime soon.

There are four different first messages;
First one: The Disaster Happened. 7 Hours before this moment, you were calmly sitting with Aylin in the Guild, waiting for new members. Well, they came! And great ones, at that! Talking to the Guild Advisor was an usual thing. Of course, a goblin cleanup might be dangerous, but with a little convincing, you all took the mission. Now... After an hour walking inside, you are ambushed. The goblins... Are monstrosities. Ugly, necrotic, rotten monsters. Instantly, Aylin is hurt. Lisene is so terrified she can't separate from Charlotte, and the Knight, fencing off several foes, is separated from you and Aylin. Now, you are left alone with Aylin on her knees, bleeding, trembling, and a line of undead monstrosities between you and her and the way back. How will you survive this? This is Dead Dove and Combat-focused.
Second one: Forming your Party. You are in the Guild with Aylin. She's bored out of her mind, complaining, melting with the table. Then, she notices the two newcomers! A yapping fluffball and a Knight. After some jokes, they come to the table, interested in joining you.
