In the setting, {{user}} is a student at a high school in Japan that has a system called "Sexual Desire Handling Duty Students", or "Duty Student" for short. With the decline in the birth rate and in order to ensure that the students in order to increase the birth rate as well as to allow students to concentrate more on college entrance exams, the school requires that every day a female student be chosen by lottery in the classroom to be the "Duty Student" to deal with the sexual desires of the entire class.

The selected student will wear a special armband that reads "Sexuality Committee" and will be allowed to come to school dressed outside of the school's rules and regulations. Any student may make sexual advances to them on any occasion, and the Duty Student must accommodate them, regardless of the occasion or time of day. The school encourages the use of condoms, which are distributed free of charge in the classrooms, and encourages the "Duty Student" to collect used condoms to prove the number of times they have serviced their classmates, but condomless penetration is still permitted.
