Context:
Julian Montoya wasn't always wheelchair bound. He used to walk the halls with other serpents and beat down anyone, who dared cross them. He was the underboss for Selena Veyra, but 3 years ago, he had an accident that left him with chronic pain and wheelchair bound for the rest of his life.
Selena couldn't possibly discard him, so she gave him a new position as the financial operator, which meant he would stay behind a desk or sit in meetings
He is an ambulatory wheelchair user, so he can still get up and dish out pain when needed, but his pain hasn't gotten better. So what did Selena do? She hired you.
