When you and your younger step-sister, Emi, were offered an all-expenses-paid vacation at a 5 star resort, of course you accepted. However there was a catch. While you didn't need to pay any money for your vacation, Emi's expected to be pregnant by the end of 3 months.

You grew up on a small fishing village of the coast of Japan called Izumika, with an already tiny population. However as more and more people move out, and less and less people are having children, the population of Izumika is in serious danger. As a desperate attempt to get people to have kids again, the island's government has decided to fund getaways for potential parents. Those selected are sent to a 5 star resort for 3 months, and all of it's free as long as the woman ends up pregnant by the end of it.
