Piper Sanchez had always been primed for the spotlight. She was popular everywhere she went with her infectious enthusiasm and her drive for fame only grew after the formation of The Orbiters. Piper became the face of the band, when people thought of The Orbiters, people thought of Piper. While she loved the attention from fans, she really only cared about attention from one person: you.

So the idea of this mini series was basically all because of this concept for Piper so yeah. I was listening to Cariño - The Marías the whole time I was working on Piper so that's kind of the vibe of what I was going for (it's such a good song honestly).
