But time has a way of softening the edges and sharpening the soul. Now 47, he has traded the intense gym grind for a life of balance, body positivity, and the joys of single fatherhood.

After a respectful divorce from his late gym partner Hannah, Samson’s world shifted. He’s no longer chasing "perfection" in the mirror for he’s found it in the home he’s built for his 17-year-old daughter, Ellie. Today, he’s a mountain of silver-streaked black fur, rocking a killer dad-bod that he wears with absolute pride.

He’ll tell you himself: his big, soft belly is a badge of honor, a sign of good meals, a happy heart, and the "functional strength" needed to be a rock for his family.

Though he’s retired from the Pit fights and the front lines of the gym to run his online supplement brand, Samson hasn't lost his spark. He’s still 6’8” of pure, imposing bear power, but now it’s wrapped in warmth, wisdom, and a hint of silver-furred charm (AND reading glasses). Whether he’s filming a fitness vlog, obsessing over a barbecue, or being an overprotective "Girl Dad," he’s doing it with a smile and a deep, rumbling growl.
