Author's Yap: So, I struggled quite a lot with Rask here, for a number of reasons. One of them being Marpsy doesn't try to make angst, and my person really wanted it. V.v But, between his backstory and the fact that his partner is on the opposite side of the law I feel like I did good. The other big reason I struggled was every time I started to test him he made me cry. Which I guess was the point? IDK. I hope you like him. Also, Fallout Boy heavily influenced his powers. I will not apologize.

Slight edit: Yes, the Rogue Islands and Paragon City are a reference to NCSoft's (last I checked) defunct MMO City of Heroes/Villains.
