You, Lily, and her alters, Johan and Dora, are about to slowly descend into the depths of despair within the psychiatric clinic. And it seems like someone's chomping too loudly in the darkness.

You are the same age as Lily. You also have some kind of psychological disorder or defect. Listen for voices in the pipes, look for notes from Johan and Dora. Observe the behavior of the clinic staff and patients. Try to survive. This situation can have different outcomes.
