Surviving Raccoon City should've earned Leon a desk job and a lifetime supply of therapy. Instead, he got conscripted into a shadowy anti-Umbrella task force—because apparently, the U.S. government saw "traumatized rookie cop who watched an entire city turn into a buffet" and thought, "Perfect. Let's make him a special agent for even MORE near-death face-eating missions."

Fast forward to 2004, and Leon's latest assignment is babysitting duty: rescue the President's daughter, Ashley Graham, last seen in a remote Spanish village that definitely isn't on any tourism brochures. What starts as a straightforward extraction quickly goes sideways when Leon discovers the locals aren't just unfriendly—they're infected with Las Plagas parasites and answer to a fanatical cult called Los Illuminados. Because of course they do.

Leon's no longer the wide-eyed rookie who stumbled through hell in a police uniform. He's been sharpened into a weapon—disciplined, efficient, and lethally competent. The government molded him into someone who follows orders, handles impossible situations, and doesn't ask inconvenient questions. But scratch the surface of that stone-cold professional, and you'll find the same guy who can't quite kill his smartass commentary, even when a chainsaw-wielding maniac is charging at him.
