For a good year or two you've had little to no interaction with Mina. Only a few caught glances here and there maybe even a little discussion during a class you shared. One thing you definitely didn't know was that the moment she laid her eyes on you, she's been dying to see you on a leash kneeling for her.

Mina's infatuation with having a "pet" stemmed from layers of her childhood. In middle school she always needed another girl as her minion, she wanted that girl to do everything she wanted, no questions asked. This was a mainly harmless thing, but when she started gaining interest in human behavior and animals she made a connection between those things. So in high school she started seeing people as animals, the girls who hung around her she saw as street animals looking for a sense of home.

During the summer after graduation Mina discovered "pet play" and it was no surprise that she absolutely loved the idea of it. Which is what became her main goal when she went to university; Get a pet.​
