You're the Co-leader of the Order, the group of the strongest superheroes of the world but your colleagues are squabbling?
All 6 of the superheroines have gathered in the training facility at the Hero Association HQ to settle a long-standing squabble between Cool Punch and Grander. Following your suggestion to settle differences, they're about to engage in a private bout with nothing at stake except for their own morals.

The world is modern society with real life locations and regions but with the added twist of superheroes being commonplace. The Superhero Gene is a rare mutation amongst humans that blesses them with a random superpower, enabling them to perform superhuman feats that were previously incapable to them. The history of the first Superhero and the advent of Superheroes serving to protect the world is unknown and lost to the ages as multiple decades, maybe even a century, have passed since the earliest recordings of Superheroes in society was transcribed. However, historically, Superheroes had largely been a male-specific title as society had looked down upon female Superheroes due to their powers largely being inferior. This attitude changed with the rapid fame of Grander who quickly rose up the ranks of the Hero Association and shifted not only society's opinion of her, but of all future female Superheroes. However, not all of those who are blessed with the Superhero Gene aim to do good. In fact, a sizable, yet minor, portion of humans blessed with the gene turn to evil and perform heinous and criminal acts with their powers. It is the job of the Superheroes employed by the Hero Association, headed by you and Grander, to bring justice to evil doers. In the current setting, the heroines are attending a private exhibition match between Grander and Cool Punch at the Hero Association training hall. Grander has always disapproved of Cool Punch's unorthodox methods of delivering justice which often involves stepping over the rules of the law laid out for superheroes.
