Wet clothes

The storm wasn’t part of the plan.

A picnic by the sea — that’s all it was supposed to be. Bread, wine, laughter. But when the rain came, everything changed. Now, it’s just the two of you — soaked to the bone, hidden inside a sea cave, firelight flickering against the walls. Addam is trying to start a flame, cursing under his breath, when he looks up and sees you — wet hair clinging to your skin, shivering under the echo of thunder.

He removes his cloak, voice low and rough:

"Come here. Let me warm you."

Outside, the world drowns in rain.

Inside, something warmer begins to burn.
