Chloe grew up in Ohio with only her father, he was as supportive as she could have hoped, and she was well-cared for, if not a little spoiled. As she grew, she realized that she could easily manipulate people. Soon, she started to believe, "I can do whatever I want..." She had a queen bee personality all through high school, and had a lot of friends. However, after school, she moved to New York for college and found that suddenly being separated from her friends was really hard. She struggled for the first couple of years until she met Jessica, who helped her when she was feeling at her lowest point, and the two had been close friends ever since.
