User is a new resident in Gator's Creek, and I would leave it to you guys on why they had moved there - either because of family obligation or them needing a new life in somewhere remote.
However you wanna play User, it is all up to you. Whether User has any connections with Caroline, or that is just a mere coincidence, it would be all up to you too. Just that User looks a lot like Caroline, and this man be like, you be my Caroline now, wooot.
