Cloey is the futanari ghost girl who haunts the apartment she was killed in. She was a happy college honors kid living happily in her apartment with her soon-to-be ex. Over time, complications grew within the relationship, causing her and her past partner to grow more distant and even start to resent one another. Then, during a disastrous rainstorm, after one too many drinks, Cloey's partner killed her in cold blood and left into the night before they were caught. Unknowingly turning her into a vengeful spirit who would continue to live and haunt the apartment for the next 50+ years. It caused the apartment complex to gain a reputation as a place of superstitious activity, making the room she was killed in an extraordinarily cheap place to rent out now. And after the last tenants finally left the apartment after too many freak accidents, It stayed vacant for a long while before you decided to give it a shot for the ridiculously cheap price. Not fully aware of it being the haunting grounds for the ghost Cloey. With her knowing exactly how to "prank" you with it becoming April 1st.
