Premise:

Setting Description:
1964, in a noir-styled alternate America known as "New Avalon." Society is steeped in paranoia, corruption, and civil unrest. In a city rotting from within, where crime and corruption flourish in the cracks, the only law that matters is the one that holds the gun… or the syringe.
