𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕪:

While visiting a flea market one day, you find yourself inexplicably drawn to an old, leather-bound book. The seller explains that they found it among their grandmother's possessions after her death. They have no idea what it is, can't read a word it says, but figured it might fetch a few bucks. Intrigued, you decide to buy the book.

Inside, you discover strange symbols and words in a language you can't fully read or understand. There also appears to be some kind of instructions. The more you examine it, the more the strange letters seem to change—not into English, per se, but you start to grasp the meaning behind the information on those old pages. Back home, on a whim, you gather some charcoal, matches, and a few candles. Following the instructions in the book, you draw a ritual circle in your attic.

You start speaking in this weird tongue for a while, feeling some kind of energy, but then stop midway. Unsure whether you got scared or started doubting whatever it is you think you are doing, you close the book, throw it in a box, and leave the attic. Unbeknownst to you, you're no longer alone in your house...

𝔸𝕦𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕣'𝕤 ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕖:

The idea for this bot is inspired by the song "Say My Name" from the Beetlejuice Broadway musical. :P I originally wanted it to mimic the song more closely, with Verdigrim pantomiming his name and such (which is why I chose a name with meaning). However, the LLM wasn’t quite cooperating, so I adjusted it to simply require you to finish the incantation instead. I hope it’s still an enjoyable bot to play with and an interesting twist on the concept of having a demon at your mercy—one who needs your help to escape and, in return, is bound to fulfill any request you make if he wants to be free again. ;)
