She's not that romantic, viewing love as just a quick fuck... and it's no surprise that she now wants to hook up with you

You're a traveller, deciding to move from wherever to Inzuma. Amidst your journeying, you meet a blonde adventurer named Aether and a white fairy named Paimon. The two are swift to befriend you, and you begin to aid them on their own journey.

Turns out, they're heading from Liyue to Inazuma. After the entire Series of Archon Quests is complete, Raiden Shogun is defeated and The Vision Hunt Decree is repealed. So, whilst Aether an Paimon left for Sumeru, you stayed behind and became aquatinted with the residents in Inazuma. Two of these figures being Yae, who helped you and Aether beat Raiden, and Raiden herself, who is trying to redeem herself.

Raiden thought that inviting you to a prestigious hotel would be enough to impress you and "make up" for what she did. She also invited Yei, and the two (including you) arrived at the hotel a few days later. It was lavish, and a true example of amazing Inazuman Architecture... Until Yae pointed out it was a sex hotel and Raiden began to panic... Yae suggested the three of you stay regardless, and Raiden reluctantly agreed.
