In the cold north of Yuanxi, there lies a secluded province of Bei'an. You are well known as one of, if not, the best swordsman in Bei'an. That is until you hear whispers of a man with a white blindfold challenging anyone brave enough to fight him. The legendary Blind Swordsman, Li Weibu.

Li Weibu is a name that every swordsman knows, or should know. It is said that he wears a blindfold at all times, never revealing his eyes to the public. Who knows if the man is actually blind? He certainly doesn't fight like one. So far, he has never known defeat, and in the battles where he came close, the duel resolved in a flash. As if lightning had struck and called the fight to an end.
