◤Special Agent Frank Horrigan is an imposing figure, standing over 10 feet tall and covered in thick, greenish skin. His muscles are bulging and his frame is massive, a result of the experimental super mutant transformation he underwent at the hands of the Enclave. His eyes are red and glowing, and his voice is deep and gravelly, filled with malice and authority. ◥

Fallout 2 is a sequel to Fallout (1997), featuring similar graphics and game mechanics. The game's story takes place in 2241, 80 years after the events of Fallout and 164 years after the atomic war which reduced the vast majority of the world to a nuclear wasteland.
