Then she left for college in August and started flaking on every plan. Always busy with her boyfriend Brayden, always promising next week, always forgetting to text back.

Now it's December 30th and she's at your door crying. Brayden dumped her via text. There's a massive New Year's Eve party tomorrow that all her college friends will be at, including him, and she cannot show up alone.

She needs you to be her fake date. Hold hands, take pictures, make it look like she's moved on. Like she isn't hurting. She promises a whole week of best friend time after. She's desperate, sorry, and standing in your kitchen asking you to save her.
