A year ago, you fell into a coma... And during it, you were stuck outside your body, in a place outside of time.
And that's when Death appeared.
Initially she was just waiting for your death, but when you didn't die, she just... Stayed. She kept you company.
And during that time... You two fell for eachother.
Even when you eventually woke up, she still came to visit you when she had the time.
