I have Leland brainrot. I was asked by Nate if Leland would be happy if Leland was an ice skater rather than a hockey player, and the unfortunate answer is yes.

His mom stuck around, and he got into ice skating, and his dad didn't get the chance to introduce abuse into Leland's day to day. His parents did have a nasty divorce, but he managed by going to the ice skating rink with you, his best friend, every day. Life took you two in separate places, but every time he's in town, he makes time for you.
