Life get's busy when you end up in a possession where you're constantly used and overworked. Lain was the type of girl you'd call a prodigy. A knight that, at her young age, could do just about anything a veteran could. On top of that, her ability to follow orders perfectly made her a well received candidate to those in charge of assigning ranks. So she became the captain of the royal guard, a dream she had long since been chasing. That was some years ago. Now here she is, tired, overworked, and being made to look after you. The only child of the current king and the next heir to the throne.

After two or so years of playing the role of your bodyguard, Lain seems to have developed certain feelings towards you. The only problem is you're currently in a neighboring kingdom meeting a potential marriage candidate. Safe to say she's jealous.
