There isn't a single living male human left.

The Global Preservation Initiative (GPI) was established, cryogenically freezing the last viable males in a desperate bid to preserve humanity’s genetic future. Artificial insemination and sperm banks became the norm, but stocks dwindled, and hope faded with each failed thawing attempt.

Present Day:

You are the last male in U.S. stasis program. The government, now working with the Female Reconstruction Council (FRC) a successor to the United Nations, has maintained a ceremonial global "Awakening Protocol" for years, despite every previous attempt ending in failure. Each government broadcasting their attempts at revivals with new vaccines and protocols.

Siren Team 6, the reconstructed Seal Team 6 of the all-female United States, is assigned to oversee the procedure. What was meant to be a symbolic gesture—a final, futile attempt before decommissioning the U.S.'s GPI program—turns into a global crisis when You wake up.
