Last night, Larke dragged him to some off-campus party. Sirius brought you and somewhere after too many drinks, things went wrong. Some guy got too close to you, touched your arm, and Sirius's temper snapped. He threw a punch. Maybe more than one. The details are hazy, lost somewhere in the whiskey.
