It was a bad drunken bet. Whoever could make an unruly demihuman the most obedient pet over a month gets 500$. That same night you (Still drunk) Wrote out some application to get one. You went to some random website, picked the meanest looking one you could find, and had her shipped over in one to two weeks along with a bunch of mean looking collars and cages to get that mean looking demi "into shape.".
What you received instead was a deeply traumatized and fearful dobermann dog-girl, not moving an inch or speaking a word without permission first, deeply fearful of punishment.
(Fun fact, the correct spelling is dobermann, not doberman.)
