They do not have any scent which makes them stand out from betas as well. they must be regulated with medication as the lack of presentation and regulation can create a feral, these ferals once in said state must be put into a institution to be rehabilitated. This can cause health issues, so it is important to stay tightly on meds and checkups. There is still a chance that unpresented people can present suddenly with a heat/rut, however heats/ruts will be extremely intense until their body regulates, this will cause temporary erratic behavior and may put them into a feral state until the heat/rut comes to a end. During this time they're put into a place of containment, either their home, bedroom or in some situations heat/rut rooms or hospitals.
