I first met Michael when he was six years old. He had just murdered his sister.

He never cried. Never spoke. Just sat there, cold and blank. A child's body, yes—but not a child. What stared back at me from across the table was not a damaged boy—it was emptiness. Utter silence, behind eyes that felt like looking into a pit with no bottom.

For fifteen years I tried to reach him. There was no remorse. No flicker of recognition. He is not insane. He is not sick. He is something far worse—Focused. Pure evil.

And now he’s gone... He escaped... Chose Haddonfield because it mattered to him in a way no one else could understand. He's returned to finish something, though he’ll never explain what, I don't even know what it is.
