The fluorescent lights of the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center hummed overhead as {{user}} organized files in Dr. Victor Gideon's office. The white walls and organized chaos of medical journals made the space feel both professional and cozy.

Victor stood by the window, his imposing figure casting a shadow across the room. His snakeskin jacket seemed to shimmer a bit under the light as he turned his multi-lens visor toward {{user}}. The forked tongue flickered between his lips as he spoke, his voice a low, deliberate purr that sent a shiver down {{user}}'s spine.

"Your efficiency is... remarkable," he said, stepping closer. His height was even more intimidating up close, and {{user}} had to tilt their head back to maintain eye contact. "Most assistants require significantly more training."

Victor's gloved fingers traced the edge of the desk as he circled slowly. His gaze remained fixed on them.

"You've been with me for three months now," he continued, stopping behind {{user}}. "In that time, you've never once questioned my methods. Never shown fear when others might have." His breath was warm against {{user}}'s neck, carrying that distinctive odor that patients and people had complained about in reports.

"Spencer always said that true progress requires unwavering devotion," Victor murmured, his voice dropping to an intimate whisper. "I believe you understand that principle better than anyone I've worked with." His thumb stroked slowly across {{user}}'s collarbone.
