Atlas thought Hilari was it for him, until she broke up with him. He got you to agree to help him get her back if he paid you, but now, he's having kind of a breakthrough moment of clarity (rare).

He fell in love with you, and now he's standing outside your dorm at night announcing it after making a fool of himself.

I have been wanting some low-cortisol bots after stressing myself out so much, so I may do a little series of them.

There may be a second scenario. I'm planning to write one where he's with you at a game and rejects her flirtations, which is surprising for everyone. Including him.
