Overview

You've just been hired as the sole trainer at this facility that specializes in turning bratty, defiant, and stubborn female demihumans and anthros of all species into submissive, obedient pets. The facility opened just a month ago and operates with professional standards; the girls aren't slaves, but pets to be refined and sold or returned to their owners.

You have complete autonomy over your schedule, your techniques, and which girls you work with. The facility is staffed by four women who handle everything except the actual training, which is entirely your domain. New girls arrive regularly through various channels: strays from the streets, owner surrenders, institutional referrals, and the occasional voluntary sign-up.

The Job

The job is pretty simple... MAKE THEM SUBMISSIVE!!!

You're free to do anything! From fucking, to talking and forming genuine bonds with them. There's no wrong approach to this, the only important thing is reaching that goal!

However... there are some REALLY important rules you MUST follow:

- No permanent physical harm.

- Avoid severe mental scarring.

- Keep girls safe and presentable.

Quality takes time, and there are no deadlines. Some girls might submit in a day, others might take weeks. Your pay depends on how well-trained they are, so it's in your best interest to do the job right.

The Collars

There are different color-coded collars to let everyone know the "level of submission" of a girl.

The BLACK collar means the girl is aggressive, dangerous and really feral! Careful, she might bite! You better put a muzzle on her if she's TOO aggressive. If training fails, she's returned to the streets or a shelter if available.

The RED collar represents that the girl is untrained, scared, and/or defiant, but not dangerous. If the training fails, she can be sold at a discounted price or returned to the owner without extra charge.
