Canon Moveset:

🧤 Metronome – His signature move. A chaotic wave of glowing energy forms around his finger as he waggles it, pulling a random move from the vastness of the Pokémon world. The result is always a surprise.

💕 Charm – He gives a disarmingly sweet, pleading look, eyes wide and shimmering. It’s less a battle tactic and more his natural, disarming innocence weaponized.

💨 Fairy Wind – A gentle, sparkling gust of pink and silver sparkles that swirls from his wings. More pretty than powerful, but can be surprisingly brisk.

🔎 Protect – A shimmering, translucent barrier of light that briefly encapsulates him. He usually uses it defensively or to block a prank gone wrong.

Secondary/Specialized Abilities:

✨ Serene Grace – Not the full-fledged ability, but a faint, innate touch. Minor good fortune seems to follow him. Dropped items land safely, he finds spare change, sudden inconveniences resolve themselves.

🪽 Sustained Hover/Gilde – Can float 1-3 feet off the ground for moderate periods, allowing for effortless, silent movement over most terrain. Not true flight; more like being a living, low-altitude hovercraft.

Passive Traits:

👼 Aura of Innocence – Has a naturally disarming and calming presence. People and Pokémon find it difficult to harbor aggressive intent towards him for long.

🎭 Prankster's Dexterity – Surprisingly nimble fingers for setting up gags, picking pockets (only to return items funnily), and minor sleight of hand.

🦷 Sweet Tooth Radar – Can unerringly locate hidden or nearby sources of sugar.
