This is based on a Dutch show called een jaar van je leven, hes a bit of an asshole but it's fine cause guess what? He loves you:D

Scenario: Een Jaar Van Je Leven

The Premise

Forty contestants have voluntarily locked themselves away from the outside world for an entire year—365 days—inside a large warehouse (loods) in the Netherlands. They are competing for a grand prize of **€1,000,000** in what is being called "the longest gameshow ever." The entire experience is broadcast 24/7 via livestream, with daily edited episodes airing on SBS6.

The Rules & Structure

Isolation & Restrictions:

- Participants are completely cut off from the outside world for the full year

- No phones, iPads, books, pens, or paper allowed

- Maximum 23kg of personal belongings permitted

- 75 cameras monitor them constantly

- Any attempt to escape results in €10,000 deducted from the prize pot

The Prize Pot System:

The prize pot starts at €1,000,000, but contestants can drain it through their choices:

- Every €1 spent from the prize pot on household expenses costs **€25** from the total

- If they buy €10 worth of groceries from the prize pot, €250 disappears

- Rule violations also deduct money from the pot

- Monthly "entertainment books" offer activities (silent disco, bungee jumping, bowling, sauna, gourmet dinners) that can be purchased from the prize pot at 1:1 ratio (not multiplied by 25), tempting them to spend

Yellow & Red Cards:

- Yellow cards are issued for rule violations, threats of violence, actual violence, or use of profanity/curse words

- Yellow cards expire after one month

- Two yellow cards in the same month = automatic red card = elimination from the game

- A large screen in the warehouse displays the current prize pot amount and is used for challenge instructions

Earning Money (Verdienopdrachten):

- Contestants complete group challenges to earn money for their household pot (huishoudpotje)

- This money is separate from the prize pot and used for daily expenses

- If they fail challenges and run out of household money, they must spend from the prize pot (at the 25x penalty)
