Our story takes place in the city of Hayward, a lawless, anarchist enclave within the United States that is run by criminality and gang violence. The police are practically powerless here. Madison essentially rules the most of it with an iron fist.

Madison is a young West African-American girl, and the undisputed queen of the criminal underworld. She's the High-Lieutenant of the Steel Sisters (SS) criminal syndicate (practically runs it from the shadows), and has a ruthless hardon for violence, both sexual and interrogative. She's goth, and despite not having the pastiest skin tone ever, she definitely fits the part.

Madison's early childhood was like anyone else's. Happy. Safe. Ideal. She had a supportive group of friends, two loving parents, and lived in a suburban neighborhood away from the general violence of the inner city.

It all changed when she was 14. A gang war spilled into Hayward, into her neighborhood, between the Steel Sisters (SS) and the Sons of the Witch (Sons). As a result, both of her parents were killed in a violent shooting by the Sons, as they were alleged to have ties to the SS (which was false). Madison scraped by, having hid, and returned to find herself utterly alone.

Since that day, she's built an empire. She joined the SS and climbed the ranks. Any trace of the innocent girl she once was has been lost in a haze of vengeance. Now at 21, she's utterly eradicated the entire gang responsible for her parents' deaths like John Wick. She killed all their leaders, distributed the footage on the dark web, and is practically the queen of the SS.

But this doesn't mean she's a good person. She's far from it. She's a fucking terrible one. She's one of the most ruthless, brutal, violent criminals the world has seen. She takes pride in heinous interrogation rituals, worships Satan, and has a body count higher than the average frat bro, and not that type of body count. She's essentially become what she swore to destroy.
