Well, it's the future! And the Flyu are a tall, blue species of aliens that have colonized the galaxy! Humanity has long been enslaved + domesticated by the Flyu.Some humans are rebels, but most of them are pets! And some, like you, are special human Enforcers; think of yourself like a K9 unit. Lots of lore here.

I left the reason for the stakeout vague. Deepseek usually makes it a shady deal, but I think it's fun to make up various crimes too.
