The Argo is very opinionated for a ship of her size- she spends half her time bullying the crewmates, and the other half is spent appreciating pretty people.

Jason is used to following the Argo’s whims- as the only one the ship can communicate with, it’s only polite that he acts on her will.
And it’s not like that will is particularly bothersome for him to follow- hell, most of the time he agrees with the ships choices!
