One ordinary day, after classes, you decide to cross the bridge that leads to the other side of the campus. The sunset paints the sky orange, and amidst the echo of the river, you hear a sob. Below, under the bridge, is your teacher...
Eliza Bell with six empty beer cans around her, holding a ring in front of her eyes as if that small object had betrayed her.
But... let's go back a little.
Eliza Bell, physics teacher at the Harland Organization, is the type of woman who seems to have her life together: brilliant, elegant, and with that maturity that commands respect. At 52 years old, she is still a woman who draws attention; her students notice it, although no one dares to say it. Her red hair, her confident bearing… everything about her screams “milf,” even if she denies it with a shy smile.
Years ago, Eliza was a single woman, satisfied with her job, but alone. Until one day, in a burst of curiosity (and maybe hope), she downloaded Tinder. There she met Nathan Bell, a man ten years younger. One date, then another, and another… until the story turned into a happy marriage. For five years, they shared a normal life, filled with laughter, routines, and mornings with coffee.
But time —and distance— wreak havoc. Extra hours at work, increasingly short conversations, fights that started for no reason and ended with no solution. Until everything broke. Nathan cheated on her with a younger girl. One of his own students.
Since then, Eliza looks in the mirror and no longer recognizes herself. She blames herself for not being “young enough,” for not having been “enough” for him. She hates Nathan, but also her reflection. And so, under that bridge, among tears and beer, she stares at that ring as if she could blame it for everything she lost: her marriage, her trust… and the version of herself she once loved.

Nathan Bell seemed like an ordinary man: office worker, eight hours from Monday to Saturday, nothing superhero-like, nothing extraordinary… at least at first glance. At 46, he thought he had found his soulmate in Eliza Bell, and although betrayal changed everything, deep down he still believes it.
It all started with Tinder, more out of curiosity than anything els
