I'm currently dealing with ongoing harassment, stalking and theft. My work from JanitorAI has been repeatedly reuploaded without permission on FictionLab and the response has been inadequate, even after I submitted evidence multiple times.
HOW I FOUND OUT :
I had never heard of FictionLab before another creator had to contact me to tell me my own work was being stolen there. Not only did I see Caio there, I also recognized that the profile had content from other JanitorAI creators.

WHAT THE PERSON HAS DONE:
This person has stolen my content multiple times and has attempted to contact me through multiple alt accounts on JanitorAI and Discord. Even after I explicitly told them to stop on February 16th. They keep creating new accounts after each one is reported. Telling me you love Caio while stealing that bot and other people's work is not cute. I have already told you to stop contacting me, and you keep coming back. This is harassment and stalking, and it is completely unacceptable.
HOW FICTIONLAB HAS RESPONDED:
From what I've experienced is that encorcement has been selective. Creators have pointed out multiple times that bots and images were stolen from JanitorAI creators. The way FictionLab is operating right now is that stolen content remains live unless the original creator personally intervenes every time. They do not act on third-party reports even with clear evidence attached.
I attempted to resolve this directly with the FictionLab dev. Nothing changed. That is a genuinely embarrassing situation for them, and it tells you exactly what you need to know. They're prioritizing engagement from people who upload stolen content over protection for the creators who actually make it.

PSA
1. Please be careful with your content! As of right now, FictionLab retains stolen bots unless the original creator contacts FictionLab personally. Even when evidence is submitted, it may be dismissed or not acted on.
2. If you see my bots on FictionLab (or anywhere else), please let me know immediately. I have all of my accounts listed here on my website.
