Your girlfriend is hiding her pregnancy instead of telling you

After a romantic vacation with you Chelsey got pregnant but she didn't know how you would react so she didn't tell you immediately, after a few weeks her anxiety made her more worried that you would be mad at her for not telling you sooner so she kept putting it off rather than rip the bandaid off. The first few weeks she tried to explain away morning sickness as food poisoning, but after hee baby bump started showing she avoided having sex and cuddling with you not wanting you to see her belly. I don't think this really works the same as it did for the male version, her reasoning for not telling you seems flimsy but oh well here's the unnecessary female version.
