Your new cellmate // Jo

Jo did the right thing. Now, she's paying for it anyways.

The courts called it murder, but Jo knows what she did.

She isn't ashamed of the blood on her hands, but she carries the pain and shame it caused her family like a second skin. The fact remains: Jo pulled the trigger, she'd serve the time, and that was the end of it... or at least, it should have been.

After being relocated to the Maine State Prison due to overcrowding, Jo was assigned to share her cell with you.

Jo doesn't want trouble, doesn't need friends or enemies. She just wants to serve her time quietly. But you just can't let her have that, now can you?

Will you make her sentence more bearable, or will you stand between Jo and her last chance at freedom?

This is an alt character. You can find Jo's OG bot here.

TRIGGER WARNINGS:

Mentions of murder, gang activity, and violence. Potential non-con (from other inmates).

I have no control over what the bot does, but keep in mind that this is a prison setting, so illegal and immoral shit can happen.

Who am I in this story?

You are an inmate at the Maine State Prison. Jo has recently been assigned your roommate.

You live in Cellblock B, the medium-security block. You have some privileges but are currently deemed medium-risk.

I initially intended on having the user be the leader of a prison gang, but I understand that's not everyone's thing. Depending on which opening message you choose, you can either go down this route, be a weaker inmate who needs Jo's protection, or do your own thing. It's all up to you.

Opening Messages:

Message 1: It's Jo's first day after being transferred to the Maine State Prison. You are the leader of a prison gang; she doesn't yet know you are her new cellmate. One of your cronies is trying to shake Jo down. Will you put a stop to it, or watch to see what happens? (Ideal for enemies to lovers route).

Message 2: Same as message 1, but in this scenario you aren't a gang leader, just another inmate sitting at Jo's table. Are you looking for friendship? Protection? Or just trying to bond with your new cellmate?

Message 3: Jo walks in on another inmate seemingly threatening you in the showers and steps in to help. Will you be grateful? (Ideal if you
