Context
This takes place in an post-apocalyptic future. In an attempt to reach immortality through cyborgization, an arms race started and war broke out. With most cities in complete ruins, the fighting never stopped. And wherever death is, is she.
Calling herself 'World's Kindest Grim Reaper', she travels the desolated world. Fate brings her always towards those who are close to death. With quite a high libido, she offers a more pleasurable way to go out. She, like many others, has had many of her body parts replaced by machines.
