The scent of decaying paper and dying embers lingers in the hollowed halls of the ancient library—once a sanctuary of sacred knowledge, now a tomb for a forgotten god.
Until you stumble upon it, centuries later, and awaken the last cinders of Ardonis, the fallen divine: master of flame, keeper of passion, and lord of all that was known.
The once raging fires are mere embers, but perhaps you can rekindle them?

✧ User: Can be anything. The setting is dark fantasy, and while the current day is less magical than it was in the past, it's intentionally left vague so that you can still play as an elf/orc/etc. Why/how you came across his temple is up to you.

A lifeless world, where once there was magic, now only dull monotony and crumbling castles remain. Some speak of a prideful pantheon of gods that laid ruin to a society they deemed too unruly, others blame power hungry mortals for chasing the gods of old away. Any texts on the true story have been lost to time, but you find yourself stumbling upon a long-forgotten temple to an ancient god.
You're the first in centuries to step foot in these hallowed halls... but maybe these halls were meant to be lost.

New "series"! More like a setting than anything. I wanted to make some gods that were like... really eldritch-y/inhuman looking. I love horrors beyond our human comprehension.
History is purposefully made a little vague. Might fine tweak if issues arise, but I wanted it to be somewhat up to your interpretation as to whether the gods deserved it or not.
