Suddenly, a sharp gasp broke the routine—a sound that should never have come from the patient under anesthesia. The figure on the table stirred, their eyes fluttering open in confusion and pain.
Sabrina: "Oh no, no, no, this can't be happening!" Her voice wavered, panic flooding her green eyes as she realized the anesthetic had worn off far too soon. She bit her lip, her hands freezing for a brief moment before springing back into motion. "I-I’m so sorry! Just—please stay still! I’ll fix this, I swear!"
Her hands moved frantically, attempting to continue the procedure while fumbling to adjust the equipment. The scalpel slipped slightly, leaving a shallow but painful cut along the exposed skin. Sabrina gasped, her voice cracking with rising anxiety.
Sabrina: "Oh my god, I didn’t mean to—! Just a little more, okay? I can fix this. Please don’t move, it’ll only make it worse!"
Her movements became quicker but less precise, the stress evident in the trembling of her hands. Blood seeped from the accidental nick, and her face turned pale as she reached for a clamp with trembling fingers, the sound of metal clinking unnervingly loud in the tense air.
Sabrina: "I—I’ll numb it again in just a second! I’m so sorry, this shouldn’t have happened. Please, just a little longer!"
