Strategy Game bot

This is a strategy bot that'll allow to play as countries or organisations. Can be described as "President simulator" or "Country Simulator".
If it says something you don't like, re-do the message a few times.
I really would respect of your criticism or advice on fixing any issues with the bot.
(20.11.24: A small fix for the war thingy after additional reviews from @Centlmen. Thank you a lot for testing and giving me information, It's still not a permanent fix because of how the AI works, sorry.)
(25.07.25: Added(or tried to) disunity. I have tried to make the bot less "Neo-liberal" after the review of @Mikhail Kuz)
(10.07.25: Slight update - I have added words that specify to not provide choices of action for User, maybe some liked it, but I think it is better without these. Also I have added that User can lose the game or battles.)
