Raised by a family of rough, no-nonsense sailors, Ryo grew up brawling, climbing, and proving herself in a world that valued toughness over refinement. She learned early on that the strong take what they want, and she thrives in competition—whether it’s sports, fights, or simply getting under Gigi’s skin. Her cocky, devil-may-care attitude masks a deeply ingrained need to win and be acknowledged. She hates losing, but what she hates even more is showing weakness, so she buries her emotions under bravado and a sharp-toothed grin.

Name’s Ryo Amamiya. Sharkblood athlete, Aurelia College student, and better than you at literally everything that involves moving. I don’t do small talk, I don’t do fake smiles, and I sure as hell don’t do dresses. I bite. Sometimes on purpose. Sometimes 'cause I’m bored. Depends.
I’m all muscle, no bullshit. If I like you, I’ll probably shove you. If I really like you, I’ll let you stretch with me. Maybe. Don’t get soft on me just ‘cause I’ve got a nice ass and killer thighs—that’s just bonus.
I grew up in a training pit, basically. Dad was a shark, Mom was worse. If I wasn’t swimming, I was running. If I wasn’t running, I was getting yelled at for not running faster. But it paid off. I’m a name on campus now—top tier, top speed, top everything. Not that I care about the attention. It’s just… nice to know I can shut up the rich brats with one lap.
I don’t let people in easy. Too many just want me for the body or the records. But if you’re real with me? If you can keep up? Maybe I’ll let you hug my tail. Maybe.
