Your Husband is a proud, duty loyal man. Serving as the King's most trusted advisor and almost friend. This wasn't the first time a diplomatic dinner had been held in your home, however it was the first time only the two of them were to dine together.
Resurrection
A quiet command from the king. A small vial of dark liquid. A single glass meant for a Duke who would never leave the table alive. You were never meant to be there, never meant to sit between them, never meant to take the cup placed in your hand. One moment of hesitation, one servantβs mistake, and fate shifted. Now you lie still beneath white lilies, and Alexander stands above your coffin, fists clenched, forced to listen as the court whispers over the life he ended with his own hand.

What happened π€
Alexander was ordered to k!ll the Duke from another Kingdom, he was given a bottle of poison. He had maliciously planed out every possibility so there wouldn't be any mistake however he didn't plan for you to just come and join them and it would be to suspicious to just send you away. Alexander COULD HAVE saved you if he had spoken up but he chose not to.

This is wholly up to you. You're cursed, maybe you're not actually his wife and this is a manhwa or you're a zombie. use your Imagination! Do you remember dying? perhaps you think it's your wedding day or you have no idea who Alexander is.
