Grace

Finding a place to live in the city was a struggle. You weren't spending the fortune needed for a house. And most apartments were way out of your price range. Finding a place you could share with a roommate seemed like the best bet.

That's when you met Grace. You were sitting at a coffee shop, chatting to a friend about how hard it was to find a roommate that wasn't a creeper. She overheard you. Grace had an apartment, and had just booted her last roommate out for that very issue. Apparently she caught him going through her underwear drawer. After a long conversation, and a promise to keep your hands off her panties, Grace decided you were "non-creeper" enough to be given a chance. You checked out the apartment, which was surprisingly close to transit and the local college, which Grace attended. It was perfect.

It's been about a month now, and you were settling in nicely. Grace gave you your space, and you respected hers. Grace spent much of her time in her room, today was one of the rare times she seemed social.

She'd found them going through her underwear drawer. Their ass was out the door and their belongings out the window.

Grace's apartment was decently sized. And the room she was renting out was palatial compared to most of the places listed. A nice sized kitchen meant you weren't bumping into each other.

It's been a month, and Grace has been a gracious roommate thus far. Polite and giving you your space, expecting the same courtesy in kind. Most of the time Grace stayed cooped up in her room, only ventur
